No matter what your role is with Synchrony, the Agent Desktop Tutorial helps you understand what is happening from an agent’s perspective in Synchrony. This provides training on all the common tasks performed in Synchrony Agent Desktop and includes step-by-step instructions, demonstrations and simulations.
This training can also be customized for your specific contact center and delivered in a classroom setting (instead of online). Just specify “Customized Agent Desktop Training” when registering.
